SusHi Tech Festival in Japan!

Today marked the successful conclusion of Batch 3 of the UJ-CONNECT Entrepreneurship Mentorship Programme, where eight innovative founders from Uganda’s tech ecosystem showcased impactful IT solutions addressing challenges in the education, health, agriculture, and insurance sectors.

Following competitive pitches, four entrepreneurs were awarded Proof of Concept cash prizes to support the scaling of their innovations:

  • $5,000 – Essymart Africa.
  • $4,000 – Microvest (U) Ltd
  • $3,000 – Ticketyo Technologies Ltd
  • $2,000 – Twahirah Islamic Center
